Patient Counsellor - Delhi & Gurugram

Role Description The Patient Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based at the Gurugram & Delhi clinic. The role involves welcoming patients and clearly explaining treatment plans, therapy options, and follow-up schedules. The Patient Counsellor will answer queries, provide empathetic support, and help patients understand non-surgical, drug-free pain management approaches. Daily responsibilities include coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, supporting the clinical team with communication, and ensuring a smooth, reassuring experience for every visitor. The role also requires collaborating with front-desk and clinical staff to manage patient flow, handle feedback, and contribute to a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong patient communication and counselling skills, including the ability to explain medical concepts in simple, clear language.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to manage patient expectations, handle concerns, and maintain a calm, supportive demeanor.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle appointments, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort with basic computer operations, clinic management software, and electronic record-keeping.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in healthcare, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or clinic front-office roles is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a background in healthcare, psychology, or social work is preferred.
• High level of empathy, ethical conduct, and commitment to non-invasive, patient-centric care.
