Role Overview:

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator who will manage patient interactions, appointments, and overall clinic experience. This role is key in ensuring smooth communication between patients and the medical team while maintaining a high standard of service.

Employment Type - Full-time

Salary - ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Experience - 0 to 2 years (Telecalling / CRM experience preferred)

Responsibilites:

• Handle patient inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Guide patients about treatments, procedures, and pricing
• Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and patients
• Ensure a smooth and premium patient experience at the clinic
• Maintain patient records and follow-up regularly
• Support in lead conversion and daily coordination tasks

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in clinic/hospital/front desk/CRM role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional
• Basic understanding of skin & hair treatments (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and handle patients calmly
