Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator based in Raipur. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, ensuring smooth care coordination, providing guidance and information to patients, and assisting with follow-up care. The role involves maintaining patient records and ensuring a professional communication experience. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette skills
- Experience in Care Coordination and providing quality Patient Care
- Understanding of Medical Terminology and healthcare processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care
- Previous experience in healthcare or patient coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of local language(s) is an advantage
