Role Description The Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli. In this role, the coordinator supports patients through the entire care journey, from initial inquiry to follow-up visits, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing appointment scheduling, coordinating with doctors and clinical staff, and maintaining accurate patient records. The coordinator will handle phone and in-person queries, explain basic processes using appropriate medical terminology, and guide patients on next steps in their treatment plans. The role also involves monitoring patient satisfaction, supporting clinic operations, and upholding Allo Health's standards for privacy, sensitivity, and non-judgmental care.

Qualifications
- Strong appointment scheduling and phone etiquette skills, with the ability to manage high patient volumes professionally.
- Experience in care coordination and patient care, ensuring timely follow-ups and a supportive patient experience.
- Comfort with basic medical terminology and clinic processes, with the ability to explain them clearly to patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including accuracy in documentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred; a degree or diploma in healthcare, psychology, social work, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort discussing sensitive topics related to sexual health and relationships, with a strong commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality.
