Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Patient Care Coordinator will guide patients through their care experience, handling appointment scheduling, managing patient interactions, and providing exceptional support for their needs. Responsibilities include coordinating care processes, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring patients receive a streamlined and empathetic experience at the clinic.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
  • Experience in Care Coordination and Patient Care
  • Understanding of Medical Terminology
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide patient-centered care
  • Familiarity with healthcare services and support systems
  • Relevant education or certifications in healthcare, administration, or related fields is a plus
