- Providing assistance with bedside cases and facilitating bedside toilet facilities.
- Ensuring consistent and appropriate patient care to promote effectiveness and safety in medication use.
- Collaborating with the management team to support and enhance patient care processes.
- Actively participating in departmental quality initiatives and contributing to data collection efforts.
- Requirements
- Applicant should possess 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare or patient care would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
