- Responsibilities:
- Assist consultants in outpatient procedures and treatments.
- Provide consistent patient care to ensure safety and effectiveness of medication use.
- Check and record patient vitals as per doctor's instructions.
- Adhere to hospital safety norms for patient and staff well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication channels.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives.
- Requirements:
- Possess 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing work environments.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Prior experience in healthcare or patient care settings is a plus.
