Patient Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and effective patient care, ensuring the appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety of medication use.
• Maintain suitable trackers and meet deadlines through proactive communications.
• Coordinate and organize team communications, plan events both internally and offsite.
• Implement and manage overall marketing strategy, communication, and budget allocation across different marketing channels.
• Handle client communication independently, including client interfacing and lead conversion.
• Support worker communication and collaborate closely with management teams.
• Train staff on effective sales and communication strategies for patient care processes.
  
  

Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Auxiliary Nursing Midwife.
• Skills in patient care, strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating a team player attitude.
• Familiarity with medical protocols and ensuring patient safety.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Nursing or Healthcare is preferred.
