Key Responsibilities
Handle patient interactions through calls, emails, and messaging platforms
Manage appointment scheduling and patient coordination end-to-end
Provide empathetic and professional support to patients
Assist patients with clear communication and clinical understanding
Conduct follow-ups to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling data
Coordinate with internal teams for patient support and escalation
Eligibility Criteria
Medical background required (RN / Medical Assistant / Doctor preferred)
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Skills Required
Prior healthcare or customer support experience preferred
