We are Hiring: Pathways Coordinator – Post-Placement Support and Youth Retention

Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru

Role: Pathways Coordinator / Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Stay connected with placed youth through calls, WhatsApp and field visits.

Conduct post-placement follow-ups and track retention and career progression.

Identify early signs of dropout and support youth in resolving workplace challenges.

Build relationships with employers and HR teams and follow up on attendance, performance and retention.

Support youth with second placements and upskilling opportunities.

Facilitate government scheme and entitlement linkages.

Maintain accurate placement MIS, case notes and reports.

Support job melas, youth engagement activities and peer-support sessions.

Coordinate with trainers, Centre Head, Life Skills Expert and other stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent qualification.

Experience in placement support, youth engagement, career counselling, community mobilisation, skilling or NGO programmes.

Experience in employer engagement and placements.

Strong Excel, MIS and data management skills.

Comfortable with fieldwork and employer visits across Bengaluru.

Strong communication skills in Kannada and English.
