Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pathologist role based in Sikar. The Pathologist will be responsible for examining tissues, cells, and bodily fluids to diagnose diseases and support clinical decision-making. Daily tasks include performing and interpreting histopathology and cytology studies, overseeing laboratory workflows, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate medical records and reports. The role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings, recommend further diagnostic evaluations, and contribute to treatment planning. The Pathologist will also ensure compliance with relevant medical, laboratory, and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement in laboratory practices.

Qualifications

MD / MBBS - Pathology Degree
Candidates should possess solid clinical knowledge in Medicine related to diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making.
Candidates should possess proficient Laboratory Skills, including sample handling, test execution, and quality assurance.
Candidates should possess experience in Histology, including tissue processing, staining, and microscopic evaluation.
Medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Pathology (MD/DNB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license/registration as required by local regulations.
Attention to detail, strong analytical and diagnostic skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team.
Familiarity with laboratory information systems and adherence to ethical and professional standards in patient care.
