Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilledPatent Engineerto assist in patent research, drafting, prosecution, and technical analysis of inventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or technology, along with an understanding of intellectual property (IP) laws and patent processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct prior art searches, patentability assessments, and freedom-to-operate analyses.
Draft patent applications and technical descriptions in collaboration with inventors and attorneys.
Assist in responding to office actions and examiner queries during the patent prosecution process.
Analyze competitor patents and emerging technologies to provide strategic IP insights.
Collaborate with R&D teams to identify patentable innovations and strengthen the company s IP portfolio.
Stay updated on patent laws, regulations, and industry trends.
