We are seeking Patent Agents with atleast 3-5 years PQE to join the Patents team
Language: Excellent written and spoken command of English language is essential.

- Undertaking prior art searches, FTOs and infringement searches,
- Patentability opinions,
- Drafting specifications,
- Patent prosecution : FER analysis, preparing responses, attending to client queries, attending hearings,
- Assisting Litigation team in case of Appeals and revocations.
