Position: Factory Manager – Palm Oil Mill (5 TPD Capacity)
Location: North East India
Joining: Immediate
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations of our 5-ton capacity palm oil mill. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control
Ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve production targets
Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards
Manage manpower, including workforce planning and supervision
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and other departments
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in manufacturing (Food and beverage / cosmetics industry preferred)
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage factory operations independently
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience in plant machinery and maintenance
Knowledge of production planning and process optimization
Familiarity with quality and safety standards in manufacturing
