Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Cook based in Coimbatore. The primary responsibilities include preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts. The Pastry Cook will ensure high standards of quality, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, follow recipes and specific customer requests, and collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance the culinary offerings. The role requires creativity and an eye for detail to deliver visually appealing and delicious baked goods consistently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Baking and Cooking skills to create a variety of pastries and desserts
  • Creativity skills to design and decorate pastries and cakes innovatively
  • Strong knowledge and practice of Hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Relevant experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Passion for baking and creating high-quality products
