Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Cook at The Shalimar Hotel, located in Mumbai. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality pastries, bread, and desserts to meet the high culinary standards of the hotel. Responsibilities include planning and crafting dessert menus, ensuring hygiene standards are met, maintaining an organized workstation, and collaborating with the culinary team to present exquisite offerings to guests.
