The Primo by Mann & Salwa is a new culinary destination in Ahmedabad featuring four chef-led restaurants and a premium banquet space. Our kitchens explore cuisines from Asian–Peruvian and North African–Levantine to Progressive Indian.
We are building a dedicated pastry team and are hiring Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie, Demi CDPs, and Commis Chefs for our pastry program.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and execution of desserts, pastries, breads, and plated sweets
Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and consistency
Support daily kitchen prep, mise en place, and service
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Work closely with the pastry leadership team on menu execution and new ideas
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the pastry kitchen
Who We're Looking For
Experience in pastry, baking, or dessert production (any level welcome)
Interest in modern desserts, plated presentations, and creative pastry techniques
Strong attention to detail and kitchen discipline
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with a positive attitude
