Responsibilities:

• Manage the bar counter and ensure everything is refilled, texture maintained and at the desired quality
• Assist in daily preparation of gelatos, sauces, and dessert components as guided by senior chefs
• Support in maintaining kitchen setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Help with labelling, storage, and inventory organization
• Ensure proper handling of premium ingredients and assist in quality checks
• Assist in receiving and organizing baked goods from contract partners
• Maintain consistency and follow recipes accurately
• Work closely with the kitchen team during service and prep hours

What we're looking for:

• Basic experience or training in pastry and desserts (prior gelato/ice cream exposure is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn premium dessert techniques
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and discipline
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
• SHOULD BE BASED IN MUMBAI AND ABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
