Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pastry Chef role located in Bellandur Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Pastry Chef will oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality baked goods and pastries in alignment with Coffee Mechanics farm-to-table philosophy. Daily responsibilities include creating and testing new recipes, preparing doughs and batters, baking pastries and desserts, decorating finished products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The role requires collaboration with the culinary team to ensure consistency and excellence in product offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Baking, Food Preparation, and Bakery operations
• Strong Culinary Skills, including cooking techniques and dessert crafting
• Experience in creating innovative recipes and maintaining quality standards
• Familiarity with hygiene standards and kitchen operations
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Culinary diploma or relevant qualifications are preferred
