This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Goa at The Donut Affair. As a Pastry Assistant, you will support the preparation and production of high-quality specialty donuts. Your responsibilities will include assisting in baking, crafting pastry items, ensuring hygiene standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and contributing creative ideas to enhance our offerings. This role is ideal for someone passionate about pastries and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in Bakery, Cooking, and Baking processes
• A strong understanding of Hygiene standards and food safety practices
• Creativity Skills to contribute to new ideas and innovative pastry designs
• A keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the bakery or pastry industry is a plus
