Detailed Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
PAS Support Engineer with strong Unix administration and troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in production support environments, performing deployments, incident resolution, and system monitoring. Basic understanding of WebLogic and Azure DevOps pipelines is required, with the ability to coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Unix-based applications and environments.
- Perform system monitoring, job monitoring, log analysis, and issue troubleshooting.
- Support deployments and pipeline executions through Azure DevOps.
- Perform basic administration and support activities on WebLogic servers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, timely incident resolution, and proper documentation.
- Work in night shift operations and support weekend activities as required.
Mandatory Skills- Strong expertise in Unix / Linux (excellent command-line, scripting, troubleshooting).
- Basic working knowledge of:
- Willingness to work in night shift schedules and during weekends.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Knowledge of ETL / IBM DataStage (Not mandatory, but added advantage).
