Inventory & Stock Management

Ensure 100% availability of parts, lubes, and accessories to customers and workshops.

Maintain stock in saleable condition and manage stock orders discipline monthly.

Monitor inventory turnover, liquidate non-movers, plan scrap, and track claims.

Supervise inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations including housekeeping.

Commercial & Compliance Management

Enforce commercial discipline with payments and statutory forms to/from DICV and customers.

Ensure road permits and documentation are available for order execution.

Issue parts against warranty claims until claims are raised with DICV.

Accessories & Product Promotion

Promote genuine accessories while monitoring spurious/non-genuine activities.

Manage pricing, packaging, schemes, and conduct service and parts campaigns.

Measure campaign effectiveness and take corrective action.

Reporting & Coordination

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for HO, AO, and RO.

Utilize Dealer Management System (DMS) effectively across HQ and branches.

Visit customers/potential customers and take action based on discussions.
