Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Partnerships / Territory Manager to manage a regional sales team, build strong merchant relationships, and drive sales of
QR scanner and payment gateway solutions across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve regional targets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with merchants and partners.
- Drive sales of QR scanner and payment gateway solutions across the region.
- Support merchant onboarding and ensure smooth activation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, operations) for issue resolution.
- Monitor market performance and report on regional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Fintech / Payments / Merchant Acquisition.
- Experience in team handling and regional sales management.
Skills And Experience
- Strong relationship management and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate/Master's is a plus).
