Working model: Onsite

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Budget: 6 to 8 LPA (depending on experience)

Experience: 3-5 years (experience in wellness, edtech, or digital platforms is a plus)

About the role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Executive, Partnerships to join our team. This role will focus on building, managing, and growing partnerships with spiritual guides and leaders on our platform. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset to ensure mutual growth for both our partners and the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with spiritual guides and thought leaders on the platform.
  • Negotiation: Engage with potential and existing partners to negotiate session formats, pricing, and revenue-sharing agreements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance across group and personal sessions; ensure achievement of revenue and retention targets.
  • Growth & Retention: Drive revenue growth from assigned partner portfolios while maintaining partner retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of sessions and initiatives.
  • Strategic Inputs: Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and propose initiatives to improve platform value for both guides and participants.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, contracts, and performance metrics.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development (experience in wellness, edtech, or digital platforms is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to track performance and drive decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
  • Passion for spirituality, wellness, or self-growth is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment.
