Close and scale MSME partnerships for climate revenue | Work directly with founder

Duration: 12 weeks porbation then full-time | Mode: Hybrid (field + remote) | Type: Probation → PPO | Compensation: UNPAID during probation (salary with PPO)

What you will do (non-negotiable):

• Build and strengthen partnerships across ecosystem categories relevant to Senseible.
• Manage partner & client coordination, resolve issues, and support clear brand communication.
• Identify new partnership, distribution, and growth opportunities for Senseible.
• Optimize brand positioning, communication, and distribution across channels.
• Turn partnerships into measurable business opportunities, referrals, and growth.
• Turn clients input into useful case
• Own full cycle: outreach → pitch → negotiation → onboarding
• Exceptional track record in developing successful partnerships, preferably in sustainability, climate finance enterprise or AI-driven technologies

Who you target (ICP):

• Manufacturing clusters, export groups, industry associations | Ecosystem enablers working with MSMEs at scale

What success looks like (30 days):

• Signed partnerships ready for MSME onboarding
• Active partner-driven pipeline (not just conversations)
• Repeatable approach to closing similar partners

Compensation:

• Performance-first structure (UNPAID probation of 12 weeks)
• upto INR 70,000 cash bonus during probation on achieving goals.
• PPO with lucrative compensation packages + variable + incentives based on results
• Top performers → equity (ownership in what you build)
