About the Role

We're looking for a Partnerships Specialist to build and manage strategic partnerships that drive business growth, user acquisition, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard potential brand, creator, influencer, and business partners

• Manage end-to-end partnership outreach, negotiations, and execution

• Build and maintain strong partner relationships

• Identify new collaboration and co-marketing opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

• Track partnership performance and maintain reports

• Research market trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, influencer marketing, sales, account management, or a related field

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong outreach and follow-up abilities

• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
