As a Global Partnership Associate, you help build and manage CureMeAbroad's hospital partner network across five countries and beyond. You review accreditations, validate clinical credentials, support onboarding of new hospitals, and help us expand into new geographies. This role is the clinical due diligence layer of our business development team and gives you direct exposure to international healthcare business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate hospital accreditations including JCI, NABH, and country specific equivalents.
Verify doctor credentials, specialities, and clinical capabilities across partner hospitals.
Support onboarding of new partner hospitals, including documentation, MoUs, and platform integration.
Conduct quality audits and clinical reviews across the partner network.
Research and scope expansion into new treatment geographies and speciality verticals.
Draft partnership briefs, proposals, and presentations for senior leadership review.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
MBA preferred.
3–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or healthcare relations.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, medical tourism, or consulting is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Experience in healthcare, healthtech, medical tourism, startups, or service-based industries.
Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and email marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
