Job Description
- Identify and source new product lines and strategic supplier partnerships
- Build and manage a pipeline of manufacturers and solution providers
- Evaluate and onboard partners aligned with commercial and regulatory standards
- Lead commercial negotiations and maintain long-term supplier relationships
- Drive portfolio expansion by identifying new market segments and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams
- Present market insights and business cases to senior leadership
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, sourcing or business development
- Strong track record in supplier sourcing, vendor management, or partnerships
- Experience within medical consumables or healthcare-related product categories is advantageous
- Solid understanding of regulatory, quality and product lifecycle processes
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders
