Job Description

The Opportunity & The Upside

We are building an ecosystem of trust that will become BlogVault's most powerful growth moat. As a security suite protecting 500,000+ business websites, our product is a high-stakes, considered purchase. Traditional spray and pray partnership & affiliate marketing fails here. Our growth requires deep trust, technical credibility, and active advocacy from the WordPress ecosystem.

Your mandate is to bridge the gap between partnerships and marketing—turning relationships with creators, agencies, and advocates into a predictable engine of awareness and high-intent referrals.

This is a strategy-plus-execution role at the intersection of partnerships, brand, and growth. You are not just generating activity; you are building an advantage. You must possess the social intelligence to build credibility with technical creators, the marketing intuition to ship co-created content, and the eagerness to adopt AI-assisted workflows to scale your research and outreach.

The Current Reality

Right now, our creator and agency relationships are friendly but under-leveraged. We have a premium product that solves a real problem, but we lack a dedicated owner to shape how external audiences talk about us. We have the foundation and the budget; we need you to build the partner marketing system that scales this trust into business impact.

What You Will Own (Day 1)

  • Ecosystem Advocacy: Build and strengthen relationships with creators, agencies, and advocates, turning passive trust into active recommendations.
  • High-Trust Co-Marketing: Identify high-value opportunities and ship thoughtful collaborations (e.g., in-depth tutorials, technical case studies, dedicated webinars).
  • AI-Assisted Execution: Build habits around using AI to research partners and synthesize market feedback, drastically reducing manual work while keeping relationships authentic.
  • Product Translation: Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure external advocates understand WHY our product matters, where it fits, and what makes it genuinely different.

Scope You Will Help Us Build

The goal is clear: partner-led growth. But the playbook is yours to design. You will map the ecosystem, define the operational cadences, select the tools, and build the repeatable motions that turn external signals into actionable pipeline.

How You Will Be Measured

You are a primary driver of brand perception and partner-sourced growth. You will be measured on:

  • Deep-Dive Co-Marketing Launches (shipping high-trust content with partners).
  • High-Intent Referrals (inbound volume from partner channels and agencies).
  • Ecosystem Penetration (the volume and quality of top-tier creators actively advocating for MalCare).

Who This Is For

You are a builder with 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, advocacy, or community-led growth (ideally in SaaS or developer tools). You have excellent judgment on people and opportunities. You value relationship quality over volume, you are eager to build AI into your daily workflows, and you care deeply about turning conversations into real business outcomes.

What Strong Candidates Usually Have

  • A track record of building trust and driving outcomes through B2B or creator partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication—capable of holding credible conversations with technical or skeptical audiences.
  • A strong appetite to develop AI-assisted operating habits (you want to learn how to use AI for deep research, not just for copywriting).
  • Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem is a good advantage

Growth Path & Support

This role starts as an individual contributor with high ownership, but has the potential to grow into leadership across ecosystem strategy. You will report directly to leadership and work alongside the Marketing Lead. You are expected to move fast and own the outcomes, but you will have the mentorship, resources, and technical support required to do your best work.

This Role Is Not For You If

  • Those who prefer a straightforward, volume-driven outreach role without the need to shape broader ecosystem strategy.
  • Operators who view AI merely as a copywriting shortcut, rather than a tool to uncover deeper insights.
  • Individuals who are great at maintaining friendly relationships but struggle to genuinely influence an influencer or drive a commercial outcome.

Salary

Upto 13LPA
