Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive, results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving growth through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities. Develop strategies to drive revenue, market expansion, and innovation.
  • Partner Engagement: Reach out to potential partners, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partnership Operations: liasioning and coordination with existing partners, making time bound reports and sharing of these report internally & with partner s team. Handling leads coming up from partners, record keeping, Follow-ups, Cold reachout ( Phone/Email/Linkedin).
  • GTM: execution of various GTM activities in coordination with internal teams and partner s marketing team.
  • Sales and Business Development: Target potential clients, create and present compelling sales pitches to drive our products adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partnership performance and provide regular reports.
  • Networking: Attend industry events to expand our network and stay updated on market trends.
