Role : Manager Offline Partnerships (Billing Software & POS)

Role Summary

Own and scale Snapmint's offline distribution by partnering with leading billing software, POS, and ERP platforms. Drive integrations, channel-led GTM, and merchant adoption to ensure Snapmint is available at the point of billing across offline merchants.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and onboard top billing/POS platforms by market share.

Own end-to-end partnerships including commercials, contracting, and scale.

Build strong senior-level relationships with partner leadership teams.

Drive offline POS and billing software integrations in partnership with Product and Engineering.

Ensure Snapmint is embedded into checkout, refunds, and reconciliation flows.

Translate partner and merchant needs into clear product requirements.

Lead channel-led GTM via billing software partner sales teams.

Enable partner field teams with training, pitch decks, and onboarding support.

Execute joint GTM plans to accelerate merchant acquisition and activation.

Track success metrics: live merchants, transactions, GMV, and conversion.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams.

Requirements

47 years of experience in partnerships, BD, or alliances.

Hands-on experience driving offline POS / billing software integrations (mandatory).

Proven exposure to POS, ERP, or retail tech ecosystems.

Experience working with channel partners / indirect sales models.

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Experience with fintech, payments, BNPL, or lending products.
