Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sr.Manager – Partnership Management to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills and a knack for building data-backed business cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving platform partnerships, managing renewals, handling operational workflows, and ensuring partner success through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with platform strategy and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, including pitch presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Ensure timely integration of partner content on the platform with all necessary product journeys and monetization set-ups.
2. Partnership Management & Renewals
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic matters.
- Lead contract renewal discussions, including data-led renegotiation of commercial terms.
- Drive partner growth through regular performance reviews and joint business planning.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner issues related to content, reporting, payouts, and visibility.
3. Business & Data Analysis
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as engagement, watch time, revenue contribution, and retention.
- Use performance insights to drive strategic decision-making and content optimization.
- Create and present business cases for new partnerships, renewals, or term revisions based on partner performance and market benchmarking.
4. Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—product, tech, legal, finance, and marketing—to drive execution of partnership deliverables.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify partner content and ensure adequate visibility on the platform.
- Ensure internal alignment on partnership priorities and dependencies across teams.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless partner experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Business & Marketing
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership/account management or business development.
- Prior experience in the OTT, media-tech, or digital entertainment industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to evaluate partnerships from a business impact and ROI perspective
- Proven ability to manage long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable collaborating across product, tech, legal, finance, and marketing teams
- Knowledge of content trends, audience behavior, and evolving monetization models in the OTT/digital media space
