About the Role:
Gallabox is looking for an experienced Partnership Manager – India to lead and scale our partner ecosystem across the Indian market. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the WhatsApp API, CPaaS, SaaS, CRM, or Business Messaging ecosystem and understands how strategic partnerships drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, enabling, and growing relationships with digital agencies, CRM partners, system integrators, technology providers, consultants, and channel partners. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, business strategist, and ecosystem thinker who can create win-win partnerships and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, including digital marketing agencies, CRM providers, and technology platforms.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to maximize value for both Gallabox and its partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Ecosystem Growth within the SaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or broader technology sector.
- Hands-on experience working in the WhatsApp Business API ecosystem, Conversational AI, Customer Engagement, Automation, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, building, and scaling strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Solid understanding of business messaging solutions, workflow automation, CRM integrations, and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure partner performance and business impact.
- Existing relationships within the Indian SaaS, digital agency, CRM, or WhatsApp Business ecosystem will be considered a strong advantage.
