We are looking for a highly networked real estate professional with strong IPC exposure and deep HNI/UHNI relationships to join as Manager – Partnerships. This role is focused on demand generation and strategic relationship building within the real estate ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network of landowners, developers, architects, wealth managers, and HNI/UHNI clients to generate qualified construction opportunities and drive high-quality meetings for the business team. This is not a direct closing role, the primary responsibility is to build and nurture relationships, identify construction-ready opportunities, qualify leads effectively, and hand over warm prospects to the sales or consulting team.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and expand relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, developers, landowners, and real estate stakeholders.
● Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial construction opportunities. ● Conduct structured first-level discussions to understand construction requirements, intent, timelines, and budgets.
● Qualify opportunities before handing them over to the Business/Sales/Consulting team.
● Drive pipeline generation through relationship-led engagement rather than cold outreach.
● Ensure high-quality meeting hand-offs with complete customer context and requirement clarity.
● Represent the brand at industry forums, networking events, and real estate communities.
● Maintain long-term engagement with prospects across extended decision-making cycles.
● Track and manage partnership funnel, lead quality, and conversion contribution metrics.
Candidate Requirements
● Minimum 6+ years of experience in the real estate industry across: Capital Markets, Business Development, Land Acquisition etc.
● Prior experience working with leading IPC firms.
● Must have managed or advised on transactions worth ₹20 Cr+ in the previous role.
● Strong tenure stability with at least one stint of 2+ years in an organization.
