About the Role

We're building a marketing team that drives education, awareness, and trial for our Clean Sports Nutrition products through brand partnerships, experiential marketing, and relevant fitness events. If you're passionate about sports, fitness, and health and want to help us shape the next wave of clean performance nutrition in India - we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with gyms, fitness studios, wellness communities, health cafs, and clubs to increase product adoption and visibility.
  • Actively conceptualize and propose new event ideas, challenges, and local collaborations, that build excitement around Shyft.
  • Plan and execute on-ground activations and sampling drives that encourage product trial and build brand engagement.
  • Build strong, long-term collaborations with partner brands and communities aligned with Shyft's mission.
  • Identify creative partnership opportunities that integrate the brand seamlessly into fitness culture and everyday routines.
  • Collect insights and feedback from partners and event participants to refine offerings and strategy.
  • Support overall field marketing and partnership growth initiatives in Bangalore.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in field marketing, brand partnerships, or community marketing (ideally in health, fitness, or FMCG sectors).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable representing the brand at events.
  • A natural collaborator with a knack for spotting win-win partnership ideas.
  • Hands-on, creative thinker with an understanding of grassroots and experiential marketing.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for health, sports, nutrition, and fitness lifestyles.
