About the Role

This is a Partnerships Intern role at TTT. The title says this is an intern role, but this will involve a lot of ownership and a lot of guidance from the team.

You will work directly with the Founders and the rest of events leadership to take The Test Tribe

to crack some really important partnerships. The impact of it - you will directly and immediately

see on important company dashboards.

If you want a role where you create real impact, run partnership programs, own partner acquisition, and drive end-to-end success with direct, consistent leadership access, this is that role.

What You Will Do

• Understand the kind of partnerships we need to do as a company - Ecosystem partnership,

Venue partnership, etc.

• Understand what is an ideal partnership in each category is

• Scout potential partners, get them vetted by concerned stakeholders.

• Reach out to them through a multi-channel approach and book meetings

• Craft win-win proposals, onboard mentors and work towards common success

• Weekly reporting of the inputs and outcomes

Must-Haves

• Strong written and verbal communication; you will be writing to a lot of stakeholders on the

same day

People skills, as this is a stakeholder management game

• High ownership; you should never need a follow-up twice.

• Comfort with numbers; you should be able to read a conversion funnel and decide what to fix

• Working from the office, Sector-1, Noida, for 5 days a week

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with the Testing or QA ecosystem

• Background in Computer Science, Testing, or any technical degree (not mandatory, but helps)

• You can think of unusual ideas. If your idea meets criteria of cost, doability and has merit, we

will go for it.

• Compensation: As per market standards and probability of a PPO depending on work and need

(40% of our current lean team are people who interned and then got a PPO)
