Some roles help you build a career.
This one helps you build a life — while helping others build theirs.
Designing Your Life (DYL), created at Stanford University and brought to India by QGLUE, has become a quiet force for people seeking clarity, courage and a more intentional way of living. It sits at the intersection of design thinking and life strategy — a space alive with curiosity, reflection and possibility.
As this work continues to grow in India, it is increasingly finding resonance across individuals, educators, institutions and organisations engaging with questions of purpose, transitions and well-being — especially in moments of change, from education to work, in early careers, and across evolving life paths.
The RoleIn this role, you will bring DYL to life for individuals, teams and organisations seeking direction and purpose. You will translate its principles into stories, conversations and experiences that feel human and emotionally true. Much of your work will involve listening deeply, connecting thoughtfully and creating pathways that allow people to explore who they are becoming.
You will shape how DYL expands across its four verticals in India — individuals, schools, universities and corporates — ensuring that each context encounters the methodology in ways that feel relevant and meaningful.
You will build relationships across universities, non-profits, foundations and mission-driven organisations, as well as learning networks and contemporary ecosystems that value intentional living. These relationships will gradually evolve into partnerships and programs that bring DYL into new spaces — classrooms, campuses, workplaces and forums where people are searching for what comes next.
You will stay close to the journeys of participants — noticing patterns, drawing insights from lived experiences, and helping the work remain grounded in what people are actually navigating. Over time, this will shape how DYL continues to respond to emerging questions around purpose, transitions and well-being.
You will also help shape the experience itself — designing journeys that feel spacious, reflective and quietly transformative. And as DYL's presence expands, you will explore channels and formats that allow its ideas to travel with clarity and resonance.
What You BringWe imagine you have spent 6–8 years in work that sits close to people and change — whether in education, the social sector, partnerships, research, or program building.
This role may resonate with those who have worked with institutions, initiatives or ecosystems that care about development, learning or impact, and who are interested in questions of purpose, transitions and human development.
You are someone who listens well, thinks deeply, and is comfortable building in spaces that are still taking shape. You are able to move between reflection and action, between ideas and execution, without losing the essence of either.
Above all, you are drawn to work that feels meaningful — not just in what it does, but in how it is done.
What This Role Could Mean For YouThis is an opportunity to engage with a wide and evolving ecosystem — from students to educators to organisations — all connected by a shared search for clarity and direction.
It offers a chance to contribute to something that is quietly shaping how people make life decisions, and to do so in a way that feels thoughtful, grounded and human.
You will work closely with Navyug Mohnot, a Stanford-certified DYL Coach and Educator, and Founder of QGLUE, as this work continues to evolve in India.
