Job Description

Shunya Agritech is building India's most scalable green-fodder ecosystem through its Nutri Ankurit Feed (NAF) platform and a rapidly expanding network of Growth & Logistics Centres (GLCs). Our mission is to solve India's chronic green fodder deficit and transform dairy productivity through technology, science, and rural entrepreneurship.

We partner with passionate production entrepreneurs across India and help them set up and operate high-quality fodder units using Shunya's proven growth protocols, tech stack, and brand.

Role: Partnerships Development Manager

You will be responsible for expanding Shunya's Production Partner Program, identifying promising entrepreneurs, nurturing them, and converting them into long-term partners. You will serve as the first touchpoint for potential partners and the bridge between Shunya's leadership, strategy team, and the entrepreneurs we empower.

This role is high-ownership, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAS)

1. Partner Acquisition & Pipeline Building

oIdentify high-potential entrepreneurs, farmers, agri-business owners, and rural youth across India.

oDrive the full lead lifecycle: sourcing, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.

oConduct discovery calls, explain the Production Partner Program, and highlight the commercial opportunity.

2. Onboarding & Relationship Management

oGuide prospects through the onboarding stages: VAR LOI DDPER final contract.

oConduct partner meetings, regional partner events, webinars, and Shunya Opportunity Ki Dastak days

oBuild strong trust-based relationships with prospects and ensure a win-win deal structure.

3. Partner Success Enablement

oCoordinate with Ops, Tech, Finance, and Strategy teams to ensure smooth handover post-conversion.

oTrack partner progress during setup, and ensure they receive required guidance, training, and support.

4. Market Expansion & Field Visits

oTravel across states to attend partner meetings, address questions, and evaluate potential GLC locations.

oMap regional trends, competitors, and partner motivations to refine outreach strategies.

5. Reporting, CRM & Internal Coordination

oMaintain accurate funnel and performance data on Shunya's internal systems.

oShare weekly and monthly dashboards, insights, and improvement ideas with leadership.

oWork closely with the Growth team to refine messaging, content, and program positioning.

WHAT YOU BRING

o45 years in business development, channel development, franchise sales, or partnerships.

oExperience in agritech, rural markets, D2C, renewable, micro-franchise, or MSME programs is a strong advantage.

oStrong communication skills in Hindi and English. Bonus if you speak one more Indian language.

oAbility to build rapport quickly, explain complex concepts simply, and close high-consideration deals.

oWillingness to travel extensively to meet prospective partners.

oHigh accountability, strong follow-through, and a growth-mindset.
