To strengthen our growth journey, we are looking for an inspiring Partnership Development Manager to build alliances, nurture collaborations, and drive lead generation partnerships.
What You'll do
- Build and expand partnership networks with healthcare platforms, corporates, travel concierges, and global facilitators.
- Develop strategic alliances for dental tourism, focusing on international patients.
- Create and execute partnership strategies that strengthen Rarity Dental's brand as India's most premium dental practice.
- Lead relationship management with affiliates, ensuring seamless patient journeys from consultation to aftercare.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design partner-driven campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
Who We're Looking For
- A dynamic professional with business development or partnership management experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or wellness sectors.
- Someone who is relationship-driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial in approach.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire trust and build long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about building a global healthcare brand from India.
Compensation
- Fixed: 12,000 18,000 per month (based on profile & experience)
- Variable: Attractive performance-based incentives linked to revenue growth & partnership conversions
- TA/DA: Additional travel allowance as per policy
