Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role

Thrillophilia is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Partnerships Associate – Domestic Partner Relations to expand and manage our partnerships network across India. This role is ideal for someone who loves to travel, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.

As part of our Partnerships & Alliances team, you will play a key role in partner acquisition, negotiations, and end-to-end relationship management — driving impactful collaborations that strengthen Thrillophilia's presence across domestic destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands across India.
• Conduct on-ground meetings, present partnership proposals, and close deals aligned with business goals.
• Represent Thrillophilia at roadshows, tourism events, and industry trade forums.
• Support Tier-2 and Tier-3 city expansion by identifying potential destinations and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams — product, marketing, and supply — to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Monitor partner performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure continuous engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in partnerships, client servicing, or business development (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground engagement.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
