The role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of Scratch Cards and Digital Coupons in shopify—from negotiating placement on their Reward Stores to ensuring seamless technical APIs.
Industry/tags could include: PhonePe, Cred, GPay, bank partnerships, gift cards, Paytm. Under partnerships and alliances may work
Platform Alliance & Negotiation
- Planning & inventory: Secure prime visibility for our brand within the Scratch Card post-transaction flow on PhonePe/Paytm and the CRED Store Manage the coupon inventory to ensure we don't overspend the budget while maintaining a constant presence on partner apps
- Commercial Understanding: Negotiate performance-based deals (CPC/CTR) vs. fixed-fee placements to ensure a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Campaign Design
- Mechanic Optimization: Define the campaign for every channel within the discounting guardrails and target achievement monthly.
- Segmentation: Work with partner data teams to target specific user cohorts e.g., High-spenders on CRED or Frequent utility payers on PhonePe, and understand segemetation of GPay
- Reconciliation: Own the monthly settlement process—ensuring the Total Redeemed on the partner dashboard matches our internal backend data.
