About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Partnership Associate to build and manage strategic partnerships across colleges, universities, communities, and organizations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech partnerships, outreach, or institutional collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with colleges, institutions, and communities
- Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and manage partnership discussions
- Drive collaborations and ensure smooth execution of commitments
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and partnership pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of partnership initiatives
- Support events, community engagements, and partnership activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Outreach, or Institutional Sales within EdTech
- Prior experience working with colleges, universities, or educational institutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
- Self-driven with strong ownership and execution skills
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in EdTech, startups, training organizations, or community partnerships
- Comfortable with on-ground execution and stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
