Job Description

Partnerships Associate

Graystone Capital | India · UAE · Saudi Arabia · Oman

Apply: [Confidential Information] | www.graystone-capital.com

About us

Graystone Capital arranges and structures debt financing for businesses across the GCC and wider region. We work with clients on trade finance, working capital, and structured credit, connecting them to the right funding partners.

The role

We're hiring a Partnerships Associate to build and manage our relationships on the capital side of the business. You'll be identifying, approaching, and onboarding funding partners — international banks, financial institutions, private credit firms, private equity funds, and sovereign wealth entities, and developing those relationships into a reliable network we can transact through.

This is a relationship-building role with real commercial substance. You'll need to hold credible conversations about credit, structure, and risk, not just make introductions.

What you'll do

  • Identify and approach prospective funding partners across target markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, private credit providers, funds, and institutional investors
  • Present Graystone's capabilities and transaction pipeline to prospective partners
  • Support the structuring and packaging of opportunities for partner review
  • Analyse client financial statements to assess creditworthiness and transaction fit
  • Track partner appetite, mandates, and lending criteria to match deals accurately
  • Work alongside the origination and credit teams through to execution

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a similar partnerships, coverage, origination, or institutional relationship role — strongly preferred
  • Sound understanding of financial statement analysis: ability to read a balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statement and form a view
  • Familiarity with debt financing structures, trade finance, or private credit
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior counterparties
  • Self-directed, organised, and able to manage a pipeline independently
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi an advantage depending on market

Why join us

You'll have direct ownership of the partner network in your market and visible impact on the business. We're a lean team, so the work is hands-on and the scope grows with what you deliver.
