About the Partnerships and Strategy (Senior) Associate Role
The Partnerships and Strategy (Senior) Associate will be a core part of the India Executive Team that develops and executes IDinsight India's strategic initiatives and partnerships. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about social impact, has strong analytical skills, and excels in building and maintaining relationships.

The role is dynamic in nature and can evolve, as and when the regional priorities change. You might work on one major initiative at a time, or split your time across multiple efforts. Comfort with ambiguity, shifting workstreams, and trying new things is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for those curious to learn what it takes to run an organization and provides hands-on experience in strategy, partnerships, and organizational building.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role. We are looking for someone we would feel comfortable being placed on the region's most important priorities.
