Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and scaling strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and aggregators.
- Own the complete partnership lifecycle, including pitching, commercial negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and go-live.
- Build joint go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and lending volumes.
- Work closely with product, tech, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth integrations.
- Monitor partner performance and optimize for ROI, growth, and partner satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and build strong market relationships.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in partnerships or business development within fintech/BFSI.
- Strong understanding of digital lending or embedded finance ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with strong ownership.
