ABOUT TOGETHR:

Togethr is a commerce distribution and offer network that helps brands drive conversions through post-purchase traffic and offer-based engagement.

We work with brands to:

- drive conversions

- run performance-based campaigns

- distribute offers across a growing network

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager who can bring brands, close deals, and build long-term relationships.

This is not a script-based sales role. You will be responsible for understanding the product, communicating its value, and driving partnerships that generate revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and reach out to D2C, ecommerce, fintech, and relevant brands

- Pitch Togethr's offering clearly and confidently

- Close partnerships and onboard brands

- Build and maintain strong brand relationships

- Follow up consistently and manage deal pipelines

- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

- Suggest improvements in pricing, positioning, and sales strategy

- Track performance of partnerships and optimize approach

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to understand and explain marketing concepts

- Proactive approach to outreach and deal-making

- High ownership mindset

- Consistent follow-up and pipeline management

- Comfortable handling rejection and continuing outreach

- Relationship-building mindset

EXPERIENCE:

- 25 years in sales, partnerships, or growth roles

- Experience working with D2C brands, ecommerce, or marketing partnerships is preferred

- Prior experience in performance marketing or affiliate/partnership models is a plus

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

- Basic understanding of:

- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

- Conversion funnels

- Performance-based campaigns
