About The Role
We're hiring a Partnerships & Advocacy Manager to help shape how our products are spoken aboutby partners, influencers, and users who genuinely trust our work. This role is about building depth over noise: nurturing strong relationships, enabling informed conversations, and creating repeatable ways for our ecosystem to advocate for us in their own voice. You'll work with an already-established network and be trusted to turn momentum into something durable and compounding.
What You'll Do
Partner & Influencer Advocacy
- Own relationships with influencers, partners, and advocates across our ecosystem
- Turn trust into consistent, authentic advocacy through:
- Brand mentions
- Testimonials
- Case studies
- Co-created content
- Work closely with partners to create outcomes that feel natural, informed, and mutually valuable
- Partner Enablement & Communication
Help partners stay informed about product updates and use-cases
- Share clear, usable context and talking points they can confidently speak from
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate insights into partner-ready narratives

Community & User Voice
- Identify and engage power users within our community
- Create thoughtful reasons for users to share feedback and experiencesonline or offline
- Foster a small but vocal group of users who enjoy engaging with us and shaping our direction
Rigour & Follow-Through
- Maintain clarity on partner relationships, conversations, and outcomes
- Track what's active, what's shipped, and what's pending
- Close loops consistently and keep the ecosystem moving forward

Who You Are
You likely have:
- 37 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or community-led growth
- A strong relationship-building instinct and comfort with follow-through
- Clear written communication and a bias toward execution
- Confidence in asking for outcomes, not just alignment
You Might Also Bring
- Experience in SaaS or developer tools
- Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem
- Experience running advocacy, ambassador, or partner programs
