Roles & Responsibilities
– Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with brands and platforms.
– Negotiate commercials and close win-win deals with gift card providers.
– Create joint marketing and co-branded initiatives with partners.
– Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new partners.
– Monitor performance, usage, and ROI of partnerships.
– Maintain regular communication and relationship nurturing.
– Explore new business lines and alliance opportunities.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
– 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or vendor management.
– Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
– Strong understanding of corporate gifting or loyalty ecosystem is a plus.
– Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.
– Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and business communication.
– Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– Ability to manage multiple partnerships and drive measurable impact.
