Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-orientedPartnership Manager B2Bto lead and grow strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B relationship management experience, the ability to drive revenue through partnerships, and the skills to manage key accounts in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand B2B partnerships with education consultants, institutions, and property partners
- Own end-to-end partner lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance, and renewal
- Drive revenue growth through existing and new partnerships
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve partnership targets
- Analyze partner performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership
- Identify new market and partnership expansion opportunities
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and long-term relationship growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or account management
- Proven ability to manage and grow revenue-driven partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Experience using CRM tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets
