About the VarsityX Research Scholars Program

The VarsityX Research Scholars Program is a selective, global research experience designed for high school students (Grades 912) passionate about exploring AI, data science, economics, business, and emerging technologies.

Participants work on real-world research projects under the mentorship of university faculty and research scholarsfrom the world's top institutions.

Each student experiences:

• 1:1 and small-group mentorship with PhD researchers and faculty.
• Guidance through the complete research process from ideation to publication.
• Development of a university-grade research paper, conference presentation, or prototype.
• Exposure to AI applications and interdisciplinary problem-solving relevant to global challenges.

The program not only strengthens academic portfolios but also builds critical thinking, communication, and innovation skills preparing students for top global university admissions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time Advisor / Consultant with strong connects among schools, counsellors, and education consultants to expand the reach of the VarsityX Research Scholars Program globally.

In this role, you will be the face of VarsityX for the school and counsellor community building awareness, driving partnerships, and onboarding high-potential students through trusted education networks.

This position combines strategic outreach, partnership management, and student impact, offering flexibility and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Development & Outreach

• Identify, approach, and onboard schools, counsellors, and education consultants across India and international markets.
• Introduce the Research Scholars Program through presentations, info sessions, and webinars.
• Build trusted relationships with school leaders, counsellors, and parent communities to facilitate student participation.

2. Relationship Management & Onboarding

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional and counselling partners during onboarding.
• Support schools with program materials, training sessions, and student application guidance.
• Ensure smooth coordination from partnership signing to student enrollment.

3. Strategic Growth & Market Intelligence

• Collaborate with the VarsityX leadership team on expansion strategy, partnership models, and regional outreach plans.
• Gather insights from schools and counsellors to refine messaging and improve program-market fit.
• Represent VarsityX at education fairs, counsellor meets, and virtual forums globally.

Qualifications

• Strong network across K12 schools, career counsellors, and educational consultants (India or international).
• Experience in education partnerships, counselling, admissions, or business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Passion for education, AI, and youth mentorship; familiarity with edtech or research programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role with measurable outcomes.

• Engagement Type: Part-time / Consulting (flexible hours)
• Base Compensation: Fixed monthly retainer aligned with experience and network strength
